Landscape in the mist

The winter wind,

holding a knife,

crushing excitement,

leaving just a coat,

shivering alone,

on solitary clothesline,

Pencil of a painter,

is most impressionistic here,

not too much colors,

not too much sound,

the clean air,

a pool of frozen backwater,

warmth defunct,

jubilation locked within houses,

birds and insects,

gone and disappeared,

silence becomes,

the one and only.
